Returns or Exchanges of our products vary based on the circumstance and product type.

For All Online Orders
Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received by Distinctive Interiors Ltd.. If you are returning an item to our store please ensure that the product is in its original state and is accompanied by the original receipt so that your return process is quick and hassle-free.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for return or exchange options within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Thereafter, a manager’s approval is required and the returning item may be subject to a restocking fee.
For Other Types of Purchases
There will be a restock fee of 10% applied to the return of all non-defective stock items.
Custom order items such as, but not limited to, pre-hung doors, special order items (including interior doors), flooring, cabinet doors, stained and finished items are non-refundable. Some flooring may be returned in its unopened and original packaging at a restocking fee.
Defective products can be returned to us for replacement with 1 year of the purchase. Your original receipt is required for all warranty claims.
With proof of receipt, any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. (ie credit card purchases will be refunded back to the same credit card.)
