Shipping Information

Notice: Currently we do not ship outside of the province of Newfoundland in the country of Canada.

Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days for in stock items. If for some reason we do not have enough stock to fill your order, you will be contacted within 24hrs during our normal business hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (NLT).

Shipping rates are flat rates which include delivery of our products by Distinctive Interiors Ltd.. Our delivery areas are limited to certain areas of Newfoundland, mainly within the Avalon Peninsula.

Shipping addresses that fall outside the ‘flat rate’ areas will be contacted to arrange third-party delivery or pick-up at Distinctive Interiors warehouse in Blaketown, NL. Rates will depend on weights and dimensions of the products ordered and will vary in these cases.

All orders placed through our website will require a signature upon delivery.

Each of our cabinet projects are created and coordinated by our cabinet team lead by our very talented Cabinet Designer, Felicia.

You'll get to know her very quickly as she makes effort to give each of her customers a personal experience. With her fun loving and grounded personally, she's more than capable to create cabinets for any space to meet almost any taste and style.

Our cabinets are handcrafted with top quality materials to almost any size and specification at our facility in Blaketown, NL.

Whether it's a kitchen, vanity, laundry room, mudroom, walk-in closet, office, bar, or built-ins, we've done it all. Our team of builders and installers are a mix of professionally trained carpenters with years of experience in finished carpentry who have fun doing what they do.

Our cabinetry team is lead by our Co-Owner, Tyler Snow, who is a Red Seal Carpenter and prides himself and his team on the very best quality.

No matter the size of job, we put the same attention to detail into each project.

constructed to last

Our cabinets are structurally sound as we take the time to do things right. We screw each cabinet together with solid wood stretchers to ensure structural integrity where many of our competitors use staples and particle core.

Each box and shelf is lined with solid wood strips instead of melamine edging to eliminate peeling and chipping.

Our cabinets are outfitted with German made hinges to last years of wear and tear.

If you're in the market for soft closure drawers, we use quality drawer systems not add-ons that tend to break over time.

installation details

Attention to detail when installing by our experienced team is a huge part of what we do. The small things matter in our opinion and that's why we don't cut corners.

Our carpenters will take the time to install finished panels next to range hoods, and fridges. They will neatly mitre trims for a tidy finished product.

When installing laminate countertops we will carefully scribe tops to ensure no gaps between walls and the top.

If you choose to carry your cabinets to the ceiling we will take care to cope crown mouldings into your wall crown to avoid awkward boxes or joins and complete your Distinctive look.
